News on research on DIPG’s
posted in: NewsScientists at the Stanford University School of Medicine and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital are starting a phase I clinical trial of a vaccine-based treatment for Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Gliomas, the deadliest childhood cancer. Click here for article.
And in the UK the McClay Foundation has awarded Samanatha Dickson Brain Tumour Trust £13,000 towards one of their research projects; a phase II study of temozolomide with radiotherapy for diffuse pontine gliomas (DIPG) in children.
